HIICAP provides confidential, unbiased information regarding all aspects of Medicare and other health insurance issues. Specially trained and certified counselors meet with individuals to answer questions or concerns. Appointments are available via telephone and in-person. It is especially important to have an appointment during the following times:
Medicare Open Enrollment: October 15th - December 7th
Medicare Advantage Plan Annual Enrollment Period: January 1st - March 31st
HIICAP also provides education regarding the specifics of Medicare through:

Services are free of charge, though donations are gratefully accepted. All contributions are confidential and voluntary. You will NOT be denied assistance if you are unable or choose not to contribute.
