| NOTICE FOR FOURTH QUARTER ROOM TAX SUBMISSIONS: |

Vrbo and Expedia began collecting and remitting occupancy taxes starting April 1, 2025. For Quarter 4, if you rent through VRBO or Expedia, you do not need to remit payment directly. However, we kindly request that you either mail or email a copy of your quarterly report (what would normally be submitted) to our office for recordkeeping purposes. |
